We understand that every now and then you may purchase something that doesnt quite work. No worries! We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from HarlowDesign.com. Simply send the UNUSED item(s) back for an exchange or refund.
Please clearly state on the exchange form your return reason is and include the new size or options for your exchange order. Always include your return address, email, and phone number in case there are any questions associated with the processing of your return. Simply pay to ship the item(s) back to us and HarlowDesign.com will ship your new item(s) back to you free of charge. Please try and shop responsibly as we would like to minimize our returns, but shop with the peace of mind of knowing if it doesnt fit we can replace it.

UNUSED ITEMS IN NEW CONDITION* with all original tags must be post-marked to us within 15 days** of original invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges) or exchange. Please note that we can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from HarlowDesign.com
At HarlowDesign.com we strive to be perfect, but we are human. If we do happen to make a mistake in the processing of your order contact us directly for a free return shipping label (call tag) from UPS. HarlowDesign.com will pay any return shipping charges in addition to the cost associated with mailing your corrected order back to you.
We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. Refused Shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee and original freight charges.
It is always best to send your package back in a manner that can be tracked (UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.

HarlowDesign.com reserves the right to extend this period under special circumstances only. If you are attempting to return an item past our 15 day grace period you must call or email customer service for approval prior to returning your package. Expect your refund to be processed within one(1) to three(3) business days from the date we receive the item(s). If you need your exchange expedited more rapidly you must call customer service.
Absolutely NO refunds after our 15 day grace period.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, the actual colors that you see will depend on your monitor. We are known for our rich custom mixed ink colors.
